Five old Edwardian warehouses on Wentworth Avenue convert into a fresh, low‑carbon commercial hub for Surry Hills. Inside, a big, plant‑filled atrium stitches the buildings together, while a shared Level 4 floor, two lobbies and central lifts make it easy to configure spaces for different tenants. Each warehouse gets its own moment: a faceted, prism‑like tower over 4–6, a new glazed entry court at No. 8, a classical pediment at 10–12, a sunken garden at 14, and a glazed brick portico at 16–22.

Upper levels use CLT and glulam to cut embodied carbon, and high‑performance skins plus natural ventilation keep running costs down. Rooftops and vertical gardens are planted with local species, with bio‑solar roofs adding greenery and power, helping the precinct feel connected to Country.
