Formerly the home of petrol station, and a car yard, 329 Johnston Street in Abbotsford aims to become a net-positive 9-storey mixed use building. Our role was to provide both minimum compliance reporting for council, and investigate pathways to maximum performance targeting energy net positive, water neutral, zero waste and minimised embodied energy.
