Macquarie Park

The Waterloo-Cottonwood Garden Precinct is a proposed development in Macquarie Park, Sydney, with 4 residential towers and a total of around 700 residences. Visionary Investment Group intend to create “a new global city, a city with the potential to attract and retain global capital, people and ideas. a city that focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation, start up ecosystems and attracts talent and creates jobs while providing its citizens with a high quality of life” and “a neighbourhood to be proud of where ecology, technology and urbanity meet to create the future city”. Our role was to provide a neighbourhood masterplan and building level strategies for energy, water and waste self-sufficiency.
